• Rest 90sec between A&B
B: Ring Dips (4X8)
• Add weight if at least 5 unbroken unassisted
• Rest 90sec between B&A
Tabata Intervals (4 Rounds for reps)
Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are Medball Cleans 20/14#, the second 8 intervals are Push-Ups, the third 8 intervals are DB Hang Clean 50/35#, and finally, the last 8 intervals are Double Unders .
There is no rest between exercises.
Post total reps from each set intervals.
