20 Split Jumps

20 Bodyweight good mornings (slow and controlled)

2 Minute Plank Hold (accumulated)

20 KB/DB Swings (use a gallon of milk and do single arm swings)

10 Burpees

Skill/Accessory

A: Bulgarian Split Squat (4X20)

– 10/leg

– Use a bench or a chair to set one foot

– Db/Kb on shoulder or hanging on side that’s on the floor

– Rest 90sec between A&B

B: Arch/Hollow Hold (4X2:00)

– Rotate every 30 seconds

– Rest 90sec between B&A
