– Kettlebell or Dumbell (if too heavy use a gallon of milk)
– Rest 90sec between A&B
B: Deadlift (4X20)
– Single leg w/KB or DB (if too heavy use gallon of milk)
– 10/leg
– Rest 90sec between A&B

– Feet elevated on medball or stool
– One hand on Kb or Db with the other on floor
– Weighted with plate on your back

50 Double Unders or 25 Split Jumps
