10 Ground to overhead (medball/plate)

10 Push-Ups

20 Side Lunges

Skill/Accessory

A: Turkish Get Up (4X10)

– 5/Arm

– Kettlebell or Dumbell (if too heavy use a gallon of milk)

– Rest 90sec between A&B

B: Deadlift (4X20)

– Single leg w/KB or DB (if too heavy use gallon of milk)

– 10/leg

– Rest 90sec between A&B

Metcon

3 Rounds

25 Goblet Squats (KB/MB/DB)

20 Push-Ups

choose a modification

– Feet elevated on medball or stool

– One hand on Kb or Db with the other on floor

– Weighted with plate on your back

– Clapping Push-Ups

50 Double Unders or 25 Split Jumps
